Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer

Specializing in Powerlifting & Functional Training

I've had a passion for fitness since high school and over the years it has changed my life for the better. I've become a woman who's strong, disciplined and persistent.

This is what prompted me to get certified; to gain the ability and knowledge to guide others through their fitness journey. I love the feeling of helping others achieve their goals and teaching them healthy habits.

Prioritizing my health has transformed my life for the better, and I make it my goal to help others achieve that for themselves. Not only is this your fitness journey but it is also a journey of self-love and self-respect.

Process

How It Works

Your training process begins with a personalized fitness assessment to understand your goals and body composition while also conducting a few movement assessments.

I then tailor a customized program that includes technique training, mobility sessions, and strength conditioning to help you achieve your fitness aspirations.

As a level 2 Canfit Pro trainer, my services include the following:

  • Examining results and researching optimal exercises

  • Accountability check-ins

  • Nutrition advice

  • Push you past your comfort zone

  • Help you incorporate healthier habits
